Main purpose

1. Mainly used as a lubricant and anti adhesive for plastics such as CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, and metallocene polyethylene, it can significantly reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficients on the surface of products (films or sheets), improve processability and packaging efficiency.

2. It has a smooth, anti adhesive, and anti fouling effect in ink, delaying the settling and agglomeration of pigments and fillers, helping to re disperse, increasing the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and surface smoothness of printed materials, especially improving its smoothness and anti adhesion during color printing.

3. Adding this product to rubber (SBE, SBP, SBR, PP) can improve the gloss, stain resistance, and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, and particularly have the effect of preventing sun cracking.

4. Used as a release agent and surface smoothness and brightener for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber, a lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, a lubricant for LDPE calendered synthetic leather, and a lubricant for fiber materials, non-woven fabrics, and entertainment chips.
