Usage and dosage

1. Oral administration: For the treatment of adrenal cortical dysfunction, adults should take a daily dose of 25-37.5mg, taking 2/3 in the morning and 1/3 in the afternoon. When the patient has stress conditions (such as fever or infection), an appropriate dosage should be added, which can increase to 100mg per day. When there is severe stress, hydrocortisone intravenous drip should be used instead.

2. Intramuscular injection of suspension: Used for adult adrenal cortical dysfunction, 25mg daily. In case of stress, appropriate dosage should be added. In case of severe stress, hydrocortisone intravenous drip should be used instead.
