New Regulation

According to the provisions of Article 2 of the regulations on the administration of precursor chemicals, the State Council agrees to add the list of precursor chemicals to the list of categories and varieties of precursor chemicals in the schedule to the regulations on the administration of precursor chemicals α- Methyl phenylacetoacetate α- Acetanilide, 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-acetone glycidyl acid and 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-acetone glycidyl ester are the second class of precursor chemicals, and phenylacetonitrile γ- Butyrolactone is the third kind of precursor chemicals.

How to import gamma-butyrolactone GBL from China?

From the regulation date, only the companies who get the permit to deal with gamma-butyrolactone are allowed to export. The permit is issued by public security department after rounds of scrunite check and inspection. Before you import, you have to ask ther permit from the supplier to make sure it is legal deal.

Which companies can export gamma-butyrolactone in China?

Now only few companies get the permit from authority, such as Hefei TNJ Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.
