Usage: Mainly used as an acid flavoring agent, biochemical reagent, racemic resolution agent, and pharmaceutical resolution agent in beverages, candies, bread, and gelatin. It is also used in photography, canning, printing and dyeing, pottery industry, as well as in the preparation of other separating agents and salts, esters, etc.
